These terms are between you and Entelligage Inc. ("we").
The service
Amp turns a web address you give us into a draft store with merchandise designs, and lets an account holder edit and publish a store. Accounts are by invitation for now. We can change, pause or stop any part of the service, and the free preview may be limited or closed at any time.
Using Amp
Use it lawfully. Do not enter web addresses you do not have a right to preview, probe or overload the service, bypass its limits, upload unlawful or harmful images, or try to see other people's data. You must be at least 18. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
Previews
A preview is a draft built automatically from public pages. It is not an endorsement by, or a store of, the site owner. If you own the site and want a preview or store removed, write to admin@entelligage.com or use the photo removal link on the preview; we act on valid requests promptly.
Your content
You keep the rights in what you upload or connect. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it for merchandise, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or show a person without their permission. You give us permission to store, scan, resize, display and print it as needed to run your store and fulfil orders, for as long as it is on the service. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and images are checked automatically; an image that is flagged is held for review and is not shown, and we may keep a flagged image as a record.
AI-made designs
Artwork and text are made partly by automated systems, and may be wrong, similar to other designs, or unsuitable. You must review a design before publishing it. We do not promise that a generated design is free of anyone else's rights.
Buying from a store
When you buy from an Amp store, Entelligage Inc. is the seller. Prices are shown before payment; tax is calculated at checkout; delivery is currently within the United States. Payment is taken by Stripe. Products are made to order and shipped by Printful, so delivery takes time and estimated dates are estimates. Returns, refunds and problems with an order: If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or not what you ordered (wrong size, colour or design), send us photos within 30 days of delivery and we will send the correct item at no charge. You do not need to return the original. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind or ordering errors. If we cannot send a replacement, we will refund you. Items lost in transit are replaced or, if that is not possible, refunded. Store owners and earnings
Payouts to store owners are not live yet. Earnings terms are provided separately when earnings are enabled.
Social connections
If you connect an account on Instagram, you authorise read-only access to your own content and confirm the platform's terms allow it. You can disconnect at any time.
Taking things down
We can suspend an account, unpublish a store or remove content that breaks these terms, the law, or a rights holder's valid request. If we do, we will tell you why where we can.
Service and liability
The service is provided as is, and may be unavailable. Our liability to you is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months or USD 100, with no liability for indirect or consequential losses, except where the law does not allow it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending
You can stop using Amp at any time and ask for your data to be deleted (see the data deletion page). We can end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature continue (Your content, Service and liability, Law and changes) continue.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by California law, with disputes heard in the state and federal courts in Orange County, except where consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts. We may update these terms; the date above changes, and if the change is material we will tell account holders by email.
